Turku Class - Autumn Season 2026

About Forró

Forró is a vibrant and joyful Brazilian dance that has gained popularity worldwide. It's characterized by its rhythmic steps and playful spirit. The dance creates a unique and captivating experience where two dancers communicate through a close embrace.

About the teacher

Hi, I’m Paulo and I will be your forró instructor this season. I’ve danced forró for over a decade, in parties back in Brazil, organizing get together’s in Turku, and participating in the forró community in Europe. Here in Turku I’ve been teaching forró for two years and organizing get togethers for even longer than that.

If you have any questions, you can contact paulo.santochi@forro.fi
